Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling required to avoid 100% of booked service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of booked service. No exceptions.
Clients later than 15 minutes may be charged a late fee applied at checkout.
Being 20+ minutes late may result in a cancelled appointment and 100% of booked service will be charged to card provided on file.
Please ensure you have enough time to find parking to avoid any late fees. Thank you
